aerobic exercise is very good, so are sit ups, push ups becaus they build up muscle and tone your muscles. also you must control your diet with out starving yourself, because although too much eating puts on wieght, u need food to provide the energy for you to carry out the exercises. but yeas, i suggest riding a bike, running on a treadmill, brisk walking for 30-60 minutes a day and also doing sit ups and push ups to get a nice tone in your muscles
