Import word from php into mysql?

Can anybody help me how to import microsoft word document using php and store it into mysql? if using xml how i can connected it using php? what is the code in php and also xml? What i need to do first? tq very much.. hope you all can help me. Regard from newbie.(Please provide me the link of reference and also the code example.)
