are you serious??? you are so dumb! its quite simple, you even said it, YOU WERE DRUNK AND ARRESTED..... is that not plain enough, first of all you probably were being a ***** and then on top of that you were probably complaining about your hands... it doesn't take a genius to figure this out.. how about if you don't want your wrists to get a little red, don't get drunk and then get arrested...
