Both breast pain when period time - is it normal?

I'm a 23 years with 1 child (boy) 3 years. Past 1 year my both breast or pain before 10 days and after 3 days of period and before 3 days of period, its very painful. After the period, its come back to normal (No pain) Is it Normal for every women? Please anybody answer for me.. TQ.
