Pulled over by the cops today?

I was leaving my work today and I was pulled over by the cops who seemed to be doing a routine check. They ran my license and I have never been pulled over or committed any crimes before but they handcuffed me and took me to jail. They ran my prints and I was able to call my lawyer who luckily got me out with only a ticket. I was wondering, does this mean I have a criminal record now?
