I'm sick and tired of rejection, what can i do?

Everyone tells me that i'm cute and stuff, but i cannot get a boyfriend or any guy interested in me. I think it's because i have a baby face and a teen's body.i am more in the friend zone. I don't know what to do anymore, i feel like giving up on love. BTW, i am 23..i know i am young, but still sucks when people ignore or don't take me serious.
