How do I fix my incorrect Lotus Notes time stamps?

My Lotus Notes is displaying the wrong time for my sent emails, and it's making it very difficult to locate emails that I recently sent. Emails sent today will randomly show as having sent next month or last month and so they will not display in the correct order. I have the correct DST and Time Zone settings on my computer, and the Lotus Notes settings are set to coordinate with my computer. Any ideas on what could be the problem?
