The police put the cuffs on me wayyyy too tight when i got arrested last week :(?

ok the cuff were on tight because you where drunk they have to do this because as you where being disorderly you might have got out of them and the last thing they want is some one in the back of there car drunk and now has a weapon (the handcuffs )
