Return condensate from steam boiler and thermal deaerator?

It d depends on the individual steam system as to what steam is used. Typically the lowest pressure steam that is available is used but no always. The designer of the deaerator sets the type of steam and quantity needed. Where it comes from is a matter for the designer of the steam system to choose.
